Positive: This is a beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor area and private pool (much bigger than a plunge pool as described). It is in a very convenient location only a short walk to everything you need and is right next to Aqualand. The villa is extremely secure so you feel very safe and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have been booking villas in the Canary Islands for the last 10 years and this is the best we have been looked after by far. Szilvia was amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was cleaned every day as well as our rubbish collected. In two weeks the pool and bathroom towels were changed 4 times as well as a villa clean. We had brilliant arrival instructions and were able to have an early check in due to our early flight. Would definitely book again.

Negative: I can’t think of anything! If being really picky extra air conditioning units in the bedrooms would be great (though big fans were available to use in each bedroom which was fine). The air conditioning in the main living area was great.
