Village Goélia is located in the village of Saint-Geniez-D'olt, facing south, along the Lot, 1 km from the city center and facing the village classified "most beautiful village of France" of Sainte Eulalie d'Olt , about 1500 m from the beautiful town of Saint-Geniez d'Olt crossed by the river.

Our house, in the village Goélia, is duplex type of 45m2, which was completely renovated and nicely decorated in April 2019.
It is decorated with a terrace of 16m2 big store, living room of garden.
New kitchen with its corner, meals, you will find (Vitro ceramic, well Multifunction oven, large fridge with freezer for ice cream :), dishwasher, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, electric kettle, toaster, electric barbeque removable foot.
In the lounge area a sofa bed, a TV at your disposal without rental fee.
1 bathroom with shower downstairs and 1 bathroom with bath in mezzanine.
The 2 bedrooms with 140 / 190cm bed are renovated. Beds are prepared with Mattress protector
For entertainment, you will find an unheated common pool overlooking the village with large separate paddling pool (open in July and August)
A second heated pool at the bottom of the residence (open on weather from April to September).
In front of the swimming pool, at the reception, a small terrace awaits you to quench your thirst with family or friends.)
