Summary: The check in process took about 30 mins. It was the longest check in I have every experienced. The wait alone to check in was about 45+ mins and then the added 30 mins on top of that. The room we reserved was not the room they provided for 1 of my rooms but it was fine, so I thought because I had 2 reservations. The night front desk said they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Jacuzzi room. Great! So I thought. I asked if we could stay in the same rooms since we had 2 separate reservations for the next day. They said yes. Well the next day came and our key cards didn't work. We went to the lobby and they said we had to switch rooms because the booking was for a different room and if we wanted to stay in the same room it'll be an additional 50 euros because it's an upgraded Jacuzzi room. I told them that the night front desk gave us that room complimentary I'm assuming because the room I booked was not available. The day manager said she didn't know anything about it and I would have to pay an additional charge. We paid it just so we would not be inconvenienced of packing back up plus we wanted to be on the same floor as our children. Well we tried to use the Jacuzzi and water jetted out from the bottom flooding the room and our bags. The front called maintenance and they just looked at it but came back in the morning to fix it. It was a process to even try to get compensated for the additional 50euros we paid. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.
