Negative: While we booked a room in this hotel, the day before our trip we were told we have to stay in another hotel close by due to a maintenance issue. This was rudely presented to us as a solution with which we need to be very happy, with the owner claiming to have covered the price difference between the original and the new room himself - even though he owns both hotels and it is his responsibility as laid out by Booking to cover the price difference if the original room becomes unavailable. I can't speak for the room I booked, but the one we got was basic with paper thin walls. While these properties are listed as hotels, there is no staff present.
