Summary: We had a pretty nice apartment. I would have given 5 stars if not for two things: The most important is that you have to log in using a guest app, which is not working consistently. One evening we had to try about 10 times using two different phones, before we were succesful. Every time we needed to get in, we had some issues (it never worked on the first try). Not knowing if you can get into your appartment, is not a comforting feeling. The other thing is that we contacted the owners via WhatsApp about the issue. They read the message, but did not respond. Not the level of customer service I expect.
