This cozy traditional country house is located at about 800 m away from the village of San Agustin, in the middle of the country side on a track junction. Completely fenced, it has a wide swimming pool with sun beds and parasol. Covered parking area for two cars. A porch area with dining table and a fan.
Entering the house there is a big room with a living area and a dining room separated by a bookcase. From this room we enter to a big and complete kitchen with own dining table and direct exit to the pool area (pool 5x10 m).
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a hydro massage shower bathroom and a bathroom with tub.. A small laundry room with washing machine. All the rooms in the house have air conditioning. Very charming house. Several beaches in a 7/10 km distance area.
