An 82sqm outbuilding Experience a wonderful holiday in our large, very modern furnished holiday flat, which is only about 500 m from the beautiful sandy beach and easy to reach on foot, directly in Mönkebude "the pearl on the Szczecin Lagoon"! Mönkebude with its beautiful meadows and forests, as well as its sailing harbour and beaches, is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon, the beautiful Baltic Sea coast in the north-east of our beautiful homeland! It's nice to go for a morning walk in the countryside with your partner or four-legged friend to get to know the forest, meadows, trees, animals and shrubs! But if you prefer to sunbathe on the beach in a beach chair or simply in the sand, the beautiful beach is about 400m away from your accommodation, just to relax and sunbathe! Our little guests also have a lot of fun on the beach on the new playground where they can really let off steam! But the most beautiful are the evening walks on the beach where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and quiet here at the Stettiner-Haff.
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a modern furnished flat on approx. 82 m², which meets the high demands of a comfortable holiday. The living space is divided into a hallway, two bedrooms with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. There is always a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors in front of the double bed, which offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the flat is the 23 m² living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with integrated dining area. Relax on the pull-out sofa bed after a day out, while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV and TV-USB connection provides entertainment. A crackling fire in the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and a particularly cosy ambience even in the cold season. When pulled out, the sofa provides a comfortable sleeping area for two people with a bed size of 194 cm x 235 cm. The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals using a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and numerous small electrical appliances, from a toaster and microwave to a coffee machine. You can dine together in the attractive dining area for up to 6 people. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a wash hand basin with WC and towel dryer, as well as a bathroom window. The flat is heated very comfortably with underfloor heating (included in the price), it is also possible to heat with a fireplace (additional costs), as well as with electric heating (additional costs).
Simply relax on your furnished garden terrace (which is approx. 17 m² in size). You can also relax on the sunbathing area in the garden (free sun loungers are available) or use your own barbecue area for communal barbecue evenings. A small sandpit with digging moulds, a children's pool and a trampoline are available for our younger guests. In the outdoor area there is a fenced area for our 4-legged friends to run free and feel good of about 20 square metres, we are in the process of expanding it to 300 square metres. Bicycles can be parked at the holiday property. Each guest has a free car park available, for security reasons and electricity theft, no electric cars are allowed to park on our property.

The nature park has its own administration. It organises events such as hiking, cycling and canoeing tours and offers them at a reasonable price.
