The house is very large and can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
At the entrance there are two rooms, both rooms are very spacious with a double bed and bright, both have air conditioning, one of them even has a fireplace.
On this same floor there is a full bathroom with a shower, large and well equipped. The kitchen semi-open to the living room has a dining area with a very large table, it is fully equipped and new. The living room has air conditioning and access to the terrace, the gardens and the pool.
On the top floor, which is accessed by an internal staircase, there is a very large room with capacity for a maximum of 4 people, divided into a double bed and two single beds. You will also find a desk, a very large closet and plenty of space. This room is the only one on the top floor.
From the living room there is access to the garden and to the right there is a wing of the house in which we find two more rooms and a complete bathroom, also with a shower. The two rooms in this wing of the house are all very sunny, they have ceiling fans and an independent entrance from the garden, one of these rooms has a double bed and the second room has three single beds.
In the center of the garden there is a swimming pool with Roman steps, a lawn area, sun loungers and several parasols.
On the other side of the garden there is an interior equipped dining room where you will find a fridge, but open to the garden. The barbecue area has a sink with running water. In another area of the garden, under some trees you will find another rest area with a table and four chairs.
Vehicles can be safely parked in front of the apartment door.
Entry is via electronic lock.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.
