"ANNO 1736" - as the name of our holiday home reveals, it is a more than 280 year old sandstone farmhouse, integrated into a typical North Palatinate farm complex (parallel courtyard). The farm consists of the farmhouse, a barn and the garden. The historical structure is completely preserved.
On 75sqm there are two bedrooms with four beds, a kitchen and a living room. A travel cot can be placed on request.
There is also a shower room and a storage room.
On the terrace in front of the house you can spend cozy evenings under the vine leaf roof. In the wood oven you can like tarte flambée, pizza, etc. prepare. Of course, there is also the possibility of grilling. You can get breakfast rolls from our local bakery.
Since the house has easy-care wood and stoneware floors, pets are also welcome. In the barn there is a small but fine village museum that shows the history of the village. If you are interested, you can get a small tour.
The community Schweisweiler with about 300 inhabitants belongs to the municipality of Winnweiler in the Donnersberg district. Conveniently located, there is excellent accessibility, whether by car, train or bus or even by plane (various airports in about 1 to 1.5 hours by car).
Schweisweiler itself is calm. There are still chickens and the church tower clock rings in the morning and in the evening. Schweisweiler offers great opportunities for various excursions and activities from here. Our "local mountain" of the Donnersberg offers excellent hiking and cycling trails.

Our holiday home is particularly suitable for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers or motorcyclists and vacationers who simply want to enjoy the rural surroundings.
The yard is completely fenced. Two vehicles can be parked in the yard in front of the house. Valuable bikes can be placed in the lockable stable building or even in the house.
