Enjoy the most wonderful time of the year in a listed holiday home, built in 1853 and completely renovated in 2013, in a central location in Norderney. The beach is a maximum of 300 meters away and the center is 400 meters away. The 105 sqm holiday home has four bedrooms, all with TV and two beds each. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a bunk bed, but it is large enough for adults to get a restful night's sleep. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Not to be forgotten is the centerpiece, a kitchen island with a four-burner ceramic hob. In an extra room you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Even the little ones are catered for with a cot and a high chair. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, we ask that you arrive without pets. It is also forbidden to smoke in the house. There is a bathroom on each floor, equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower. Directly in front of the holiday home there is a large terrace, which invites you to have a delicious breakfast when the weather is nice or to have a glass of wine at sunset. Only available to rent on a weekly basis during the holiday periods in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia! Please inquire about the overnight prices, as our prices are individually adjusted to the number of people and length of stay.
