Positive: The location of the property is good. The beach Playa de la Fustera is about 500 yards away so easy to walk to. There are stunning walks in both directions from the beach along the coast. Moraira and Calpe are a short drive away. The villas pool is beautiful, sparkling clean and very private. The views from the terrace are amazing, you can watch sun rise and set and see the sea. A beautiful place to sit and a very quiet area. The beach bar served good food at reasonable prices, and there were a few other bars and a chinese restaurant in walking distance. A supermarket was also nearby. Parking was off road and very good. Beds were comfortable and the fan worked well to keep us cool. This is an older style property, with a big roof terrace too. Plenty of hot water and the shower worked well. Washing machine was a bonus. We loved our stay here. Keys are collected from the agent in Calpe, and they were very helpful and accomodating, leaving the keys in a key safe near their offices as we were arriving late. They also accomodated a late check out, which helped as our flights had changed.

Negative: The interior furniture and decor is a little dated but we really didn't mind this and loved the place. There was no oven and the kitchen is small, again not a problem for us, but something to bear in mind. The views and location are superb
