Apartment for 1 - 5 people: I am now offering a beautiful and well-kept apartment, freshly renovated in July 2017 and fully furnished, in Münster, Angelmodde-Dorf, for rent.
Angelmodde-Dorf is geographically located between the Wolbeck and Hiltrup districts. There is a bus stop nearby, so that Münster Hbf or the city center can be reached in about 15-20 minutes. University clinics and universities can be reached quickly and easily. The quiet district is small and surrounded by nature, forests, fields and rivers. Shops are available in the area (Aldi, Lidl, K + K, Edeka, Rossmann, petrol stations, snack bars, pizzerias, restaurants, savings banks etc.) and easily accessible by bike / bus / car.
A large garden for shared use is available, as well as a bicycle storage room, a car parking space in the underground garage and a laundry room with a (coin operated) washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has almost 30 m2 of living space. The windows face the garden. A modern fitted kitchen with an oven, hot plates, fridge etc. is available. Incl. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. A mattress (90x200 cm) for a 5th adult is also available in the apartment. If necessary, the mattress can be placed on the floor in the middle of the room.
WiFi is available. The router is in a neighboring apartment and thus (depending on the reception quality of your mobile device) you have the best WiFi reception in the area of the window. If you go further from the window to the center of the room, the reception gets worse / breaks off. Data on the WiFi network and password are available for inspection in the apartment.
Fresh bed linen and towels are always available in sufficient quantities.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! It is also an animal-free household! There is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment, as well as cleaning agents, hand washing soap, shower gel and toilet paper.
