An effect fireplace in the living room (partially) ensures a great feeling of well-being even on colder days, so that you will feel at home after a short time. The flat is ideal for couples or travelling partners. Dogs are welcome (for a fee). The holiday flats are located on the mezzanine floor or 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. They consist of living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette and partly daylight bathroom with bathtub or shower, washing machine (for a fee). In addition to a double bed, there is also a sofa bed in the living area. The fitted kitchen is as good as new, functional and of high quality and is equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, microwave with grill, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and freezer compartment. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. If you require specific equipment, please let us know, as not all flats are uniformly equipped.
In the quiet, landscaped garden (500 square metres) there are various seating areas to relax in. A large barbecue area with swivelling barbecue and fire bowl can be used by reservation. A table tennis table and a trampoline are available for young and old. There is a sandpit and mini slide for younger guests. Beach chairs and a summer pool (2.50 x 4.20) and 0.90m deep round off the garden facilities.

From the house you can reach the tram in a few minutes, approx. 150m. After only four stops you are at the beginning of the city centre at Augustusplatz with theatre, opera and Gewandhaus. Five stops to the railway station. Alternatively, you can walk through a small park nearby and reach Augustusplatz in 20 minutes on foot.
