This hidden 3 bedroom gem is located in a quiet private road in the most desirable central London ‘village’ of Primrose Hill, a celebrity hotspot, two minutes walk from the boutique shops, restaurants and the famous hill, with it's panoramic views of London. Very close to Regent’s Park, Camden Market, the iconic London Roundhouse (a year round music festival venue) and London Zoo. Only a 25 minute walk to Oxford Street and central London. Great for London parks and also for all public transport.
A double-height entrance hall leads you into the impressive and vast central studio space (the original Victorian Painting Room) where you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and living room.
The modern interior has three double bedrooms. The double-height master bedroom, complete with a writing desk, leads up a staircase to a walk-through dressing room and the ensuite bathroom which has a bath, double basins and a shower. Two other double bedrooms, accessed off the main studio, have plenty of built-in storage and one also has a writing desk. In addition these is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and hallway storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in oven, microwave, dishwasher and tall fridge-freezer. There is high-speed wi-fi, Sonos and a wide screen tv which you can also access via your own Apple TV log-in.
The house contain artworks by Australian and British artists as well as numerous books and artefacts to browse.
Outside, to the front, there is a sunny landscaped communal courtyard where you have off-street parking and, to the rear, a private decked walled garden with loungers and a large bbq facility.
