If you like to enjoy quiet time, far from the everyday stresses of the world, this country hideaway is for you. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood.
On a 6,500 m2 (over 1.5 acres) property, surrounded by private gardens and old growth trees.
Your space:
This rental includes the complete house. That means my listings Part I & II are exclusive for you.
In the first floor you can use a living room with integrated dining place, a beach styled bathroom and a bedroom (2.20x2.00m water bed) upstairs.
The living room is luxury equipped with a huge couch area, surrounded with Rolf Benz carpet and beech parquet. A Bang & Olufsen TV (Sky Pay TV) and a fast WiFi for your entertainment.
An additional fireplace increases your option of a relaxed stay during chilly weather.
The kitchen, gym and the property will be shared as described with myself or with friends, what sometimes happens.
Also on the first floor two small rooms, another bathroom (includes the sauna) and kitchen (approx. 40 m2 total) on the ground floor of a complete renovated house on a 6500m2 property will be your place.
A Bang & Olufsen stereo system and iPad with SkyGo TV for your own usage and fast WiFi for your entertainment is available as well.
Kiters are welcome. Carved boards and kites are available.

If an additional person are sleeping inside it and uses the rooms which are rented, an extra fee of € 20 per day has to be paid by cash at the day of arrival.

Your Area:
The living room (downstairs). Bed room with a water bed, private bathroom includes rain dance shower. Besides your rooms, you have access to the kitchen to prepare your breakfast or a snack (only), includes Jura espresso.
You also have access to the beautiful garden, gym (upstairs), terrace and beach area either through the kitchen or front door. Keep in mind that there is a chance to meet the maybe other guest of Claus and himselfs.
A remote control gives you access to the alarm secured property, either the wireless entry allows an easy keyless handling (smart phone necessary) to your private rooms.
Washer & dryer on request, linens and towels are changed weekly. Osmosis (filtered) water, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, Canyon bikes (Mountain and Urban), Carved Kite board and Kites, Weber BBQ.

The facility is a strict non smoking area. The rooms are rent to adults only. No pets and parking is allowed in the garage or property only! The usage of the property and equipment (specially the gym, bikes, kite) is on your own risk. That includes the whole house. Additional guest only after clearance with Claus. It could be possible that friends stay in the owner rooms, on the property or in the house too.
The backyard has enough space to dry your kite and wet suites.

The Neighborhood is very quiet and the house is located in a dead end street. The property itself is hidden by a big hedge and lot of bushes, so that you can enjoy the private gardening.
The closest city is Oldenburg / Holstein (2km), where a range of supermarkets, organic store, small shops and restaurants give you a variety to shop or spend time.
The nearest beach is Weissenhaus with beautiful nature, sand and wildlife surroundings.
Oldenburg is reachable by car via Autobahn A1 or by train, include the ICE Highspeed train. The international cities Hamburg (120k), Copenhagen (3 hours by train) or the biggest cities of the State Schleswig-Holstein (Luebeck and Kiel) are 45 min away.
