Positive: Although the hotel is not located in Old Town, transportation was very easy and convenient. We could reach the city center in about 15 minutes by tram, and the tram stop is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which made getting around completely stress-free 🚋✨ Since the airport is generally far from the city, we reached the hotel with three transfers, which was understandable. I was especially happy that the hotel kindly fulfilled my room upgrade request thank you for that! 😊 The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always helpful. When I experienced a Wi-Fi issue, they contacted me right away and solved the problem quickly, which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed: towels, shampoo, hygiene kit, coffee, and tea.Everything was spotless, especially the bathroom, which made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! There was a great variety of options, including many choices suitable for Turkish taste. The selection was rich and well prepared. With a short walk along the river, it is possible to reach the Dancing House, and even walking to Old Town is doable. We didn’t walk much since we had daily transport passes, but the location still felt very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and truly enjoyed every moment here ❤️ I’m so glad I chose this hotel, and if I visit Prague again, I would absolutely love to stay here once more. Thank you for everything! 😊
