Modestly refurbished with modern decor. Our home is a 1bedroom flat with a compact, yet comfortable living area, and all the amenities for a self-catered holiday!

Step in and you'll find a living area with a large sofa, a smart TV, the dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Feel free to use any and all of the amenities provided, including the free wifi, all the cookware and cutleries, as well as the washing machine.

The property has limited storage space, but if you need to store your belongings there are empty drawers in the living room you can use.

We also provide fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Kennington has been one of the best kept secrets in London. It is an affluent neighborhood of stately Georgian homes and communal space, including the historic Cleaver Square, which was created in 1789 as the first residential square south of the Thames. The ample green space here is a big draw for residents.

Foodies will be at home here, with lots of restaurants offering different cuisines. Vietnamese, Persian, Eritrean, Portuguese, and French fare are just some of the options. There are a ton of vegetarian and vegan options as well. For a nightcap after your meal or an evening out with friends, Prince of Wales is the most popular pub.

Cultural experiences are easy to find here as there are several theaters, art galleries, and music venues. There are a few cinema houses that show everything from blockbusters to small art films. Kennington also hosts many summer events to bring its residents together.

Kennington Park and Vauxhall Park are another highlights of the area. They are only a couple minutes walk from the flat. There are gardens, cafes, playgrounds, tennis courts, and athletic fields, plus plenty of space for a picnic or just lounging in the sun.

Only 5 minutes from the Oval tube station, you'll be able to travel to Central London in a matter of minutes. Alternatively, how about taking a more scenic and budget-friendly route with the bus? There is a bus stop right next to the building.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe 😊 There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
