Located near the Val de la Sioule, a 1st category river, the "Verger du Pas de la Sioule" has been carefully renovated by Maryline and Jacques, the owners, who will be pleased to welcome you to their charming property.
This cottage is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. You will appreciate the large green space and its orchard, the pergola, lying on the sun loungers or the courtyard for your meals or simply relaxing.
In spring 2023, a 5-seater spa, shared by the cottage and the owners, was installed near the orchard, in a quiet and zen place. Without changing the rental rates, specific optional packages for its use are offered (€9 for a 30-minute discovery session, €15 per hour, €24 for 2 hours, €55 for a 5-hour subscription… spread over several days), reservation schedule and payment to be made on site to the owners at the time of reception. A treatment and disinfection cycle is carried out between each user family.
Maryline offers massages and magnetotherapy sessions (stress, back, joints, sleep, etc.), and also advice on nutrition and stress management, naturopathy, reflexology, relaxation sessions. Information and prices from the owner.
On the raised ground floor, the living room integrates the well-appointed kitchen, the dining area and the lounge area with a cozy atmosphere. Shower room/wc.
Upstairs, we arrive in the large mezzanine bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm that can be twinned into a bed of 180 x 200 cm). From this master bedroom, we access a small bedroom of 6 m² (bunk beds 90x200, more suitable for children).
