The house enjoys a quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Bruchhausen, below Istenberg. It is a few minutes’ walk to the Rothaarsteig and the cross-country skiing trail in winter. The ski resort and the all-weather luge are right nearby.

All the apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a convection oven and microwave, cosy living and dining rooms with cable TV and a radio with a CD player, inviting bathrooms with a walk-in shower and WC (renovated in 2011), one or two bedrooms, a child’s bed and highchair.
Special features include a big sunny terrace with a grill fireplace, a cosy hut, a waterway with a little pond, a sauna in the house, a washing machine and dryer available for use. Breakfast can be arranged for hikers. Dogs are welcome.
