The location of the property, in the earth of the UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana Mountain, will offer you the perfect situation to discover Mallorca with new eyes. The house itself present 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a traditional eat-in kitchen (for 10 people), a living room with big fire place. Additionally, the house offers in the flat floor, an independent apartment for 2 extra people with double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Built outside of the town, in the top a hill, you will enjoy those beautiful views from inside as well as from the many terraces of the property. This Finca is located 15 minutes away from Palma center and 25 minutes from its airport. The nearest coast (10km) is also one of the most beautiful: the west coast with small access to the sea in Banyalbufar or Port des Canonge. The nearest beaches are in the Palma Bay 20 minutes away, Palmanova or Illetas for example. FINCA SON DURI ETV/5068 Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
