The restored finca is situated in a beautiful hilly location between Cas Concos and Alqueria Blanca, with the sea visible on the horizon. An idyllic garden with many seating areas invites you to linger.
First floor:
On the first floor of the finca are the living/dining room, the kitchen and a bedroom with double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and en suite bathroom with bathtub.
Second floor:
There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor: a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm and 100 cm x 200 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and a further bathroom with shower.
The house has a living space of 300 square meters.
Outdoor area:
The beautiful finca plot has 17,000 sqm (completely fenced), the sea can be seen in the distance. The many terraces offer many cozy seating areas. For sporty guests, four mountain bikes are available free of charge and there is a table tennis table. Pool and beach towels are available.
Pool:
5 m x 10 m, depth: 80 cm - 170 cm, stair access. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).
Arrival and minimum stay:
In high season, arrivals and departures are requested on Saturdays, no night should be left free between bookings. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Tourist tax is included in the price.
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, incl. intermediate cleaning, every 7th day for stays of 15 days or more. Towels are changed on cleaning days. Cleaning includes the bathrooms.
Extras:
Four mountain bikes, table tennis table, lounge area, welcome pack with drinks and fruit from the garden.
