Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Haus mitten im historischen Konstanz. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Bodensee und Hafen (200 m), den Deutschen und Schweizer Bahnhof (300 m), das Rheinbad und die Schweizer Grenze (700 m). Der Bodensee-Airport Friedrichshafen liegt 24 km entfernt, der Flugplatz Kloten in Zürich 60 km. Unser Haus aus dem ausgehenden 19. Jahrhundert wurde 2005 aufwendig generalsaniert. Sobald Sie das Haus verlassen sind Sie mitten im lebhaften Treiben der Stadt. Trotz der zentralen Lage können Sie bei uns ruhig schlafen, da die Schlafräume nach hinten ausgerichtet sind, hin zum Innenareal des Viertels. Rund herum finden Sie für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Weinlokale, sowie spezielle Frühstücksangebote. Boote im Hafen bieten Sightseeing-Rundfahrten an. So können Sie zur Bodenseetherme und dem Konstanzer Freibad gelangen. Dorthin führt auch ein Uferweg (2 km) mit Bergsicht. In Konstanz fand von 1414 - 1418 das einzige Konzil nördlich der Alpen statt. Vieles weist darauf hin, z.B. die Statue "Imperia" in der Hafeneinfahrt. Es lohnt ein Besuch im Archäologischen Landesmuseum Baden-Württemberg (ALM), dem städtischen Rosgartenmuseum u.v.m. Eine Bereicherung Ihres Bodensee-Urlaubs sind Schiffsausflüge, z.B. zu den Pfahlbauten, der Blumeninsel Mainau, der Gemüseinsel Reichenau, der 1.000 Jahre alten Meersburg, dem Rheinfall (CH, 40 km), um nur einige beliebte Ausflugsziele zu nennen. 50 m vom Haus entfernt befindet sich das nächstgelegene Parkhaus. Eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit bietet der 'Parkplatz Bodenseeforum' mit Busverbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Sie können die städtischen Busse gratis nutzen, im gesamten Stadtgebiet und bis nach Kreuzlingen (CH). Wir stellen im Haus kostenfreies WLAN zur Verfügung. Die Gartennutzung unserer Ferienhäuser in Konstanz-Dingelsdorf mit Teich, Terrasse und Grillstelle steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung.
Unsere komfortable Ferienwohnung 'K2a+b' im 2. Obergeschoss des Hauses kann mit bis zu 5 Personen belegt werden. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über den Innenhof und einen Treppenturm. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit ihren 2 Bädern und WCs sowie 2 TVs ideal für 2 Paare. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit einer komfortablen Schlafcouch für 2 Personen (160 x 200 cm), ein Kabel-TV, Radio, eine Essgruppe für 5 Personen, sowie eine Faltmatratze für 1 Kind (5. Person). Mit zum Bereich gehört ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Boxspringbett (180 x 200 cm), Kabel-TV, Radio ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Bad mit Wanne und WC. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Herd, Backofen, 2 Kühlschränken mit Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Mikrowelle. Im Vorraum mit Balkon ist ein zusätzlicher Essplatz vorhanden. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen gerne Wäschepakete (1x Bettbezug + 2 Handtücher: 10 EUR/Person) zur Verfügung.
