The approx. 55 square metre non-smoking house has a separate entrance, is centrally heated and tastefully furnished. It has a spacious living area (sofa bed - extra bed for two people, flat-screen TV) with dining table and open-plan kitchen (electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a large bedroom upstairs (double bed, washbasin, guest bed on request) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a cosy seating and barbecue area, a car park and free WLAN. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. You must bring your own bed linen and towels.
