Can Malalt is a vast property of 90,000 sqm (22 acres) located at just 3.5 km from Ibiza town. It comprises two different buildings (main house and guest house) that can host large groups of people. We count with 6 bedrooms all with private bathroom. The house has also 8 bathrooms and 3 living rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning (or heating if you plan to come off season!)
Being near Ibiza is key when you plan to do many things in the island, whether it's going to the fabulous beaches or enjoying its famous night life. At the same time, if you plan to relax and do pretty much nothing, our house is perfect for that: large dining area with BBQ, an exterior kitchen and a fridge near you, so beers and wine are not too far away ;). There's a beautiful swimming pool with sun beds, hammocks and sun umbrellas. All surrounded by an incredible garden of lavenders, ancient olive trees and a beautiful pine tree that provides a comfortable shade in the summer.
But what this all would be without an excellent internet connection! Our house has optical fiber (1Gig) and a number of Wi-Fi devices that makes internet reachable in all rooms and also in the outdoor areas.
PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND RENTING OR BRINGING IN SOUND SYSTEMS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
