Our house, built in the thirties, was completely renovated in 2016. We have laid out the attic and completely redesigned the plan to make it a nice and functional home. The house has two levels and is about 120 m². On the ground floor, besides the two bedrooms and the bathroom you will find the kitchen and the living room which overlook a large veranda open to the garden with barbecue. Upstairs, our room, bright and spacious sea view which has a large shower and a toilet. You will find in the house many books for all ages, children's toys.
Located in a residential area, calm but alive. The neighborhood is very peaceful, we are close to the beach but we can also enjoy many activities: restaurants, shops, bars, parks, museum, bowl, kite surf spot, nautical base. All these activities are close by. Ideally served, this area is accessible by bus, bike station, it also has a nautical shuttle to the old port. This area is also very nice because of its proximity to the Massif Marseilleveyre and creeks.
