On the upper floor, surrounded by beautiful views, there is a spacious kitchen-dining room integrated into the living room, which leads to a large terrace ideal for enjoying an outdoor table. The home is characterized by its different spaces located on different levels, all connected, which give it a special charm. A garden with a private saltwater pool and trees, a small wooden cabin that doubles as a fitness room, a colorful patio shaded by a vine, a hanging chair for enjoying the views or reading, and a barbecue area with a vegetable garden and fruit trees behind it. Inside, there is a utility room with a washer and dryer, and another outdoor patio for hanging clothes. All bedrooms enjoy natural light.
