Fantastic flat located in the old town, an emblematic area surrounded by Renaissance architecture. A flat with a lot of character and somewhat eclectic, very bright, clean and comfortable. Ideal for couples or singles. Please be sure to read the house rules Before booking.
The space has a bedroom, bathroom, living room, study and kitchen. With high ceilings, original wooden floors and large windows with folding doors that lead to small Juliet balconies. The mentioned spaces are all for the exclusive use of the guest. The apartment is located within another property, therefore, the main entrance and the hallway that connects both parts are common areas.
The flat is located on the first floor without elevator overlooking a square where during the day you can hear birds singing. The square is part of the city's active nightlife, and it can be noisy on weekends. Effective, quality hearing protection will be provided as a courtesy to the guest.
The room has a vintage-style double bed (135*190).
Only the preparation of light meals is allowed.
The flat still has its original wooden floors, and they can creak when you walk on them.
The guest will have exclusive access to all areas within the apartment.
