Positive: It's an apartment (almost) right on the beach. If you search for that, it's perfect. It's important to note that it's big city beach with neighboring huge industrial port, probably not THE beach you want to go to in this part of Spain that offers fantastic beaches elsewhere. Anyway, it is near the sea, in walking distance to the center of the town and it's easy to park your car there too. The bed was very good, which we appreciated especially after previous place we stayed in.

Negative: Check in was special. No human contact required at all, yet pretty confusing. You need to fill online forms (in Spanish only) where you have to give away plenty of information about yourself, scan your ID etc., before you come. Unless you do so (and for non Spanish speaking people it's a big problem, as the forms are in Spanish and are designed mainly for Spain citizens, otherwise you need to switch to different setup, ID card types etc.) you will simply not be giving any further instructions what to do. Fortunately my girlfriend speaks some Spanish and after long phone call to the contact person we succeeded to fill the forms, to find the keys (code didn't work at first) and then to get in. The apartment is okay, but the locks on some areas reminded us, we're not in a hotel but in AirB'n'B kind of accommodation. There was major reconstruction of neighboring apartments going on, so the place was extremely noisy, but that's something that can happen anywhere anytime I guess.
