Summary: Excellent location. Close to airport. 30 minute walk to Puerto Del Rosario. No shops much closer than that although there is a garage and shop on the other side of the highway. You can get there by walking through the tunnel under the road. Room was amazing. Sea view with balcony. Very clean. Loved it. Bus stop outside which you can catch to Puerto Del Rosario as well.
