This penthouse with two heights, retains the taste of old Madrid. Its recesses, its exposed wooden beams, its original floors where they have been preserved and its attic and asymmetrical rooms, give it a rare personality, which we wanted to protect, but giving it everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and pleasant .
The terrace, a jewel for the enjoyment of the Madrid sun, which can be enjoyed for much of the day and for much of the year.
Two different spaces for leisure and relaxation, one below and one above, on both floors there is a living room with double sofa bed and TV, bedroom with double bed and bathroom, everything you need to let your mind wander after a busy day of tourism or focus on reading, without disturbing or being disturbed.
Access to the terrace is located on the ground floor.
Also with the furniture, we wanted to preserve a certain taste of old Madrid, recovering pieces that transport us away from the uniform decorative modernity.
