This newly renovated and modern apartment, 1st sea line, is located in a very quiet and prestigious residential area near the bay Cala Marcal on the southeastern outskirts of Portocolom directly on the cliff with stunning views over the sea.
From here you can reach in a few minutes walk to two very beautiful beaches (Cala Marcal-guarded beach with restaurants) and Cala Brafi (very beautiful, lonely natural beach).
The apartment is sunny, bright, clean and inviting (2 sep. Bedroom, 2 baths, modern open living-dining area and TV with German channels, fully equipped kitchen, a large private terrace (south-east orientation and access from every room), additional raised dock terrace with a breathtaking view over the sea for beautiful and sociable evenings. Of course there are sun loungers, tables, chairs and a new BBQ, grill for preparing delicious specialties.
The apartment also has a large communal pool with children's pool :-)
The apartment is suitable for 4-5 adults, or 4 adults and 1-2 children (the 5 or 6. Person is sleeping on the double sofa bed in the living area. Cot, high chair and changing mat we provide on request gladly available.

Summary: The apartment itself was perfect for our week, apart from the weather as we had many thunderstorms! The patio area is large and great views from the raised wooden platform can be had, perfect for a glass of wine and a book. The kitchen area, lounge, and bathrooms were all of decent size though water pressure from shower not that great. Plenty of decent glasses and crockery when needed. Only downside, the two mattresses for the single beds are of poor quality and not that comfortable. The main double bed is fine. Pillows not that that great either, would prefer larger and softer. Only other downside was that the lounge furniture was badly marked from what what I can only assume is people coming in from the patio area with suncream/sweat etc and leaving marks which was a shame. Having mentioned the negatives, however, we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again, the location is excellent, great beach and Juergen provided us with some advice on restaurants which were spot on!
