Positive: Very spacious, well-appointed and modern house with 3 bedrooms, all with modern en suite shower rooms. Good living area and well equipped modern kitchen. Property has lovely garden and grounds, complete with garden furniture, loungers, fixed bbq and a hammock slung between shady trees over the lawn. Within very short walking distance from the lake. On property parking, beneath a covered car port (a car is needed as the area is rather secluded). It is also around 12 min drive from the town of Sulwaki, as well as the HQ / entrance to the national Wigri nature reserve. We must also note, the lovely hosts - a nice family & helpful. They even kindly lent us use of their kayaks. Importantly (and this is something I hardly ever found myself saying) - the photos do not do justice to the property and its setting. And oh ... one last thing ... they also have WiFi (this was not indicated on the Booking.com listing - and naturally it could be a spoiler when considering the property. However, upon enquiry they confirmed they had WiFi, and indeed, they did)

Negative: Just a couple minor things to note, rather just small suggestions for consideration - to add to what is already a lovely place on all fronts: As a family with 3 children (5 in all), one thing we generally look for & would have appreciated when renting a property is a washing machine and horse to hang clothes on. While I'm sure that if we asked, we would have been probably helped with this - having such a facility would have been better. And, the children mentioned the WiFi is patchy when many are using it together - but should be good for normal stuff, and their Internet calls were working. That said, I even held a Zoom work meeting successfully (while 2 other members of the family were also concurrently connected on social media). The only real disappointment was that while we were there, we didn't manage to get a glimpse of the shy moose family that tends to do the rounds in the area - yet perhaps there'll be another time ...
