This 20 m² duplex is located in an old building. Fully renovated and bright, it consists of:
- A living room with a large window, a 2-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, and a dining table for 2 people.
- An open and minimalist kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine.
- A bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The toilet is also in the bathroom.
- Upstairs there is a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people as well as a large net suspended above the living room where you can access. You can also leave your suitcases there, this space is air-conditioned. (mobile air conditioner)
You will also find a washing machine, an iron and storage spaces!
We provide the sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules.
Of course, the apartment has high-speed WiFi.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, accessible by stairs only. A single set of keys will be entrusted to you during your stay. The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as the household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Check-in at the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.
On your departure, please return the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
