The 50-square-meter apartment overlooks a very quiet and spacious inner courtyard with a view of an old brick building that you can enjoy from our balcony. Starting now, we also have a GUEST PARKING SPOT in the courtyard (which makes us especially happy, since Vienna has just about everything—except parking spots!) The apartment is furnished with new, modern furniture and includes a TV, free wireless Internet access, a dishwasher, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, heating, a toaster, and much more—everything you could possibly need, plus a few things you didn’t even know you needed but will be pleasantly surprised to find here. :) We can also offer you a private parking spot in the courtyard (for 15 euros per day). <br><br>First of all, there’s a “souvenir box”—artistic and authentic, filled by Nina with carefully selected little items made by local artists and designers.
