Les Loriots is a beautiful country house divided into four delightful Provençal Waterfront Apartments, each with its own private terrace overlooking the river. The house has a large private Swimming Pool which is shared between all four apartments. It is just above the waterfront and beaches and adjacent to the lovely old French village of Collias. It has breathtaking uninterrupted views over the beautiful River Gardon and its beaches below, its gorges opposite and nestles in the rocks in its own pine wood.

The Upper 1 is a delightful brand new cozy light and airy apartment, with its OWN TERRACE WITH VIEWS RIGHT ALONG THE RIVER VALLEY below. It probably has the best river views in the house.
It has lots of windows looking out onto the lovely pinetrees, the cliffs and the river which gives you the feeling of being surrounded by nature.
It is the smallest of the apartments but it is private and has a good-sized sitting-room with French doors onto its terrace, a television, wifi and DVD player, a good quality sofa-bed, a brand new open-plan kitchen with cooker, fridge and washing-machine. It also has a double bedroom with wardrobe, a shower-room with basin and a separate WC. There is air-conditioning and electrical heating.
The apartment is extremely carefully designed, full of charm and very welcoming. As with the other apartments there is constant easy access to the swimming-pool.
