Les Loriots is a beautiful country house divided into four delightful Provençal Waterfront Apartments, each with its own private terrace overlooking the river. The house has a large private Swimming Pool which is shared between all four apartments. It is just above the waterfront and beaches and adjacent to the lovely old French village of Collias. It has breathtaking uninterrupted views over the beautiful River Gardon and its beaches below, its gorges opposite and nestles in the rocks in its own pine wood.

The Lower is a delightful apartment with its own LOVELY LARGE 80M2 TERRACE, green and partly shady with wonderful views over the river below, occupies the whole of the downstairs of the house. It has a covered pergola with tables and chairs for outside eating, parasols and sun-loungers.
It has a large sitting-room, open-plan fully-fitted kitchen (with large fridge, dish-washer, Bosch washing machine and ceramic hob cooker with circulating fan oven) and dining area with French doors to its very large terrace, a double bedroom with French doors to a smaller terrace with direct access to the swimming-pool, a bathroom with bath/ shower unit and a separate WC.
