Our small town house has about 120 square meters and offers everything your heart desires. The lower floor with connected and fully heated conservatory is designed in an open concept. From cozy get-togethers to relaxing in the small garden, the house offers complete privacy.

In the winter garden, there is seating to relax - whether with a glass of wine or a movie - a nice evening is guaranteed.

A beautiful, old but also very steep staircase leads to the upper floor to the bedrooms. Here it goes * THROUGH * the modern bathroom (with shower and bathtub) into the rear bedroom which is located to the garden. This is equipped with a spacious double bed.

The loft-like room on the street side is equipped with 3 single beds and also has another small level (accessible via a staircase) on which you could also sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped and waiting for your guests.

The small but beautiful garden has two comfortable seating areas to follow the sun. Couch and chair invite you to relax - whether with a glass of wine or a beautiful movie.

On the upper floor there is a modern designed and spacious bathroom (with shower and bath) in the bedroom, which is aligned in the garden. Here you can relax in a spacious double bed.

In the loft-like room facing the street, there is a single bed, a double bed and on an intermediate level another sleeping level.

Since the house is an old building, it has a fairly steep staircase to the first floor, which is not secured for toddlers below and above. Small children should not run the stairs unsupervised.
