the rented room is 12 m2. I am available for my guests. It is a house that was completely renovated a year and a half ago. Possibility to go and enjoy the garden. I am located 3 minutes walk from the station, without noise pollution and 15 minutes from the city center. I am close to all amenities .. It is possible to accommodate a child with supplement of 15 euros in another room located upstairs where my dressing room is located and 3 euros in addition for cleaning
