Fully equipped house for a family: large living room and bright dining room, 2 large bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 3 single beds), separate kitchen, large bathroom with large walk-in shower. Enclosed and sunny garden, south exposure. The house is located in a small hamlet, surrounded by nature, very quiet. Ideal for people who like tranquility, who want to walk in nature or to rest in the house and the garden. Pannecière lake is 5 km away, where you can swim in summer. Lac des Settons also offers water sports and games for children. You can ride your bike along the Nivernais canal, and for sports enthusiasts, there are many possibilities for mountain biking. Horse riding also nearby.
Small charming towns (Autun, Vézelay, Avallon, ...), the Galo-Roman site of Bibracte, ... full of places to visit. There are enough tourist brochures in the house, where you can find information at the tourist office in Chateau-Chinon.
The costs (WIFI, wood consumption for the stove, water, TV) are included in the rent.
Electricity consumption, on the other hand, will be taken into account as a deduction of the deposit. The consumption of wood for the wood stove is free, except from November to the end of February we heat the house before your arrival (an additional 20 euro is required for this, and will also be deducted from the deposit)
The tenant is required to do the cleaning at the end of the rental. If you choose to have the house cleaned by the cleaning lady, please let me know in advance, in this case an additional 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit.
On site 5 duvets are available (1 double and 4 singles) as well as the pillows. You are requested to bring your blankets for the duvets (double bed width 1.80m), pillowcases, sheets and towels. Line rental for beds is possible (additional 25 euro, also in deduction of the deposit)
