The house can also accommodate a baby (cot, high chair, changing table, games ...) and children (swing, trampoline, slide, games).
The house is arranged as follows: on the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living / dining room which opens through the bay window to the terrace, a bathroom and sanitary facilities. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom opening onto a bathroom with corner bath.
The situation of the villa is privileged: in a dominant position, nestled in the hill, without any vis-à-vis, wild rabbits and pheasant hens come regularly to walk in the garden. In summer, the hammocks stretched under the pines promise beautiful naps, punctuated by the song of the cicadas.
The blue coast offers 25 km of preserved and varied coastline: you find family sandy beaches with parking facilities, pebble beaches, marine reserves where you can admire the fish up close with a mask and a snorkel, wild and little frequented creeks, coves, coastal paths which offer magnificent hikes, pretty marinas (Carry le Rouet, Sausset les Pins) but also local fishing with a delicious fish and shellfish market (Carro).

The villa is located on the blue coast which represents 30 km of coastline offering a wide variety of landscapes: steep coves, pebble beaches, sandy beaches, underwater reserve (scuba diving possible), coastal walking trails.
