The outstanding eye-catcher of the property is the approx. 250-year-old historic mill with a sweeping aqueduct, which offers a breathtaking view from the upper terrace of the house.
The green garden with its tall palm trees at the adjacent spacious pool creates an almost Caribbean feeling. Below or south of the pool is the orchard with numerous orange, lemon, pomegranate, fig and medlar trees.
The house, which is located on the upper level, has a living area of approx. 180 m², consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), Mallorcan-style kitchen, hallway and a newly designed living room with fireplace and air conditioning.
The outdoor terrace that runs around the house, with a covered area with a dining table and barbecue facing south, is ideal for breakfast and dinner in the setting sun.
Relaxing sunbathing on the spacious terrace by the pool becomes a pleasure. Loungers, an outdoor shower, an extra pool bathroom, as well as an outdoor refrigerator, dining table by the pool and another grill in the garden ensure that nothing is missing.
