- upstairs: 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed). A sofa bed is also present in one of the bedrooms
In short, ideal for 1 to 2 families.
All the comforts are present: games for children, table tennis, swing, bikes with a child seat, high chair, cot, protective barrier, garden furniture for 12 people, barbecue ... And a calm and beautiful setting at a time !
The location of this cottage is ideal for exploring the Massif de la Chartreuse. Halfway between Grenoble and Chambery, it is located near St Laurent du Pont, a dynamic and welcoming small town of 5,000 inhabitants.
Departures for walks, bikes or horseback are on site.
In winter, in a quarter of an hour, you will be on the piste or cross-country skis in the family resorts of St Pierre de Chartreuse or St Hugues-les Egaux.
The fishermen will not be outdone since the dead fish and wild trout are only 500 m from the house.
For swimming, the new body of water for families between 2-guiers is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike (or flat!) and the Aiguebelette lake is only 25 minutes by car!
