The house is located on a hillside of a well kept, luxurious and guarded private settlement with predominantly white villas. Here you will find everything your heart desires. Whether a restaurant is within walking distance, a bar, tennis courts, but also contact at the entrance to the Monte Pego Life complex in German, Spanish, English and French. Within 15 km there are two golf courses (among others, Oliva Nova Golf Resort). There are different beautiful u. a. kilometer long sandy beaches (Les Deveses dune beach of Oliva - 8 km away) to Les Marines in Denia. In the session there are beach chairs and umbrellas for a fee. There is also no mass tourism and no crowded beaches during the season.
There are also various supermarkets (among other things, Lidl in El Vergel) and other shops of daily necessities within a radius of approx. 5 km. A large shopping center is 12 km away, the tennis court is 1 km away and there are 2 golf courses within a radius of 12 km. Party lovers can enjoy the bars at the beach (Oli Baba) or Denia.
Monte Pego is about 15 km from the port town of Denia with ferry port to Ibiza and Mallorca, from the typical Spanish village Pego 5 km, 100 km from Valencia and 95 km from Alicante.
Villa Yesenia with wonderful views of the sea and great mountain views is built on a plot of about 1. 200 m². It has outdoor terraces, a private pool (kidney shaped 8x4), barbecue area, outdoor shower, Mediterranean vegetation and natural stone outdoor facilities.
The upper floor is available with living-dining room, Fireplace for winter, American kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the living room you reach two terraces. On one of the terraces you can always enjoy the shade with a breeze of wind. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, in the bedrooms there is a ceiling fan available. The American kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The car can be parked under a carport. The lower floor is not rented, so the rest of the house is available for sole use.
