The Casa Rural "La Rocha" Rehabilitation was adapted following and respecting its structure of Casa de Pueblo.
The space
House with spacious spaces that seek the comfort of those who enjoy it, mixing the decor of original antique furniture with other functional and comfortable.
The loft (25m2) has beams, a roof and a wooden floor. Loading beams supporting the roof are preserved. A glass curtain wall from which you can see the lounge area and the interior balcony of the library. A large relaxation area with sofa, TV, DTT, DVD, Music and views of the castle and scythes of the Turia. You can add 2 extra beds (see photo gallery)LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN
The property is accessed by the double leaf gate and the starting door, originally from the house that opens over a large living room. It has an attic wooden roof, a fireplace that generates a magnificent climate in winter, both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, thanks to its double height of the living room. Views of the Turia and river sickles. The original stone wall of the house is preserved. It has a library area on its interior balcony (see photo gallery)
The kitchen also offers great views. It is decorated with roof and wooden beams, equipped with glass ceramic, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances, blender, blender. (see photo gallery)

For stays of 7 days or more we will clean the house once a week , with change of sheets and towels. The cleaning will be carried out by the La Rocha farmhouse
All reservations will be paid in the La Rocha farmhouse in their cecking-out
5 euros per day of wood used ( it is 50% of the wood for the fireplace that you are going to consume FOR a RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION)
