Positive: The location was perfect. Close enough to walk into the town. Remote enough to be delightfully peaceful. It's a bit of a hill at first but I'm in my sixties - and no athlete - and easily managed it. Lots of villas claim they are only 'x kilometers from the town' but that's often misleading. This one though, I was able to stroll to the nearest restaurant in 12 minutes. The equipment was plentiful too - oven and hob, washing machine, iron, coffe maker, kettle, microwave, air fryer, pretty much anything you could need. There's a hot tub and a lovely pool. Plenty of loungers (including two covered ones for when the sun gets too hot). I really couldn't fault this place

Negative: There's a path down to Archez too (if you want to sample a different town), which is great - but the top part is a bit tricky to navigate. That said, this isn't on the owners property so there's not much he could have done about that really
