We have completely renovated the ground and first floors of the house.

A 90-square-meter living room on the first floor features floor-to-ceiling windows, impressive LED strip lighting recessed into the ceiling and walls, a 100-inch television and a 4K projector, and a pergola on the front terrace, opposite the first-floor living room.
The house has two living rooms, both with open-plan kitchens: one of 80 square meters on the ground floor next to the pool area, and another of 90 square meters on the first floor, both with spectacular views of the sea and the city.
Located in an unbeatable location, with the best views in the city of Almuñécar, this house boasts spectacular views of the sea, the city, and the Almuñécar plains. Facing south, it receives sunlight throughout the day. It is extremely spacious, and the luxury of this house is reflected in its amenities.

We maintain the pool water temperature at a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius year-round, at no extra cost; it's included in the price. We have abundant energy thanks to our solar panel system, which supplies all the house's electrical needs.
