The location of the house is exceptional, located in the countryside of San Juan de Piñera, and just 1 KM from Cudillero, considered by many the most beautiful fishing village of Asturias, thanks among many other things, its small colorful houses and its organization as a Roman amphitheater on the Plaza de la Marina. Asturian cities (Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés), and is close to many other towns of tourist interest (Luarca, Tapia, Luanco, Candás, etc.).
Its location will allow you to know some of the most beautiful beaches of the Asturian West, with beautiful landscapes and equipped almost all of them with the blue flag. Stand out: the Aguilar beach, the Concha de Artedo, the Playa del Silencio, the San Pedro beach, and the Oleiros beach.
