New construction but maintaining its style according to the environment where it is located, a population of 40 inhabitants, Abánades- Guadalajara-, has an area of 180 m2 built on 3 floors: the lower floor where the dining room, kitchen and the Toilet; the 1st floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom and the 2nd floor with attic, also with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room has a stove with wood for your stay, large sofas and table for 10/12 guests.
The 4 rooms have 1 bed 180cm or 2 individual 90, in both cases with viscoelastic mattresses.
The kitchen is fully equipped and complete with: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, ...
