Wonderful views of the mountains, terraced house of 110m2 in a quiet and privileged area for 6 people with private pool located on the north coast of Mallorca, in the Sierra de Tramontana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Natural site to enjoy a holiday in complete relaxation and harmony with nature, away from stress, very quiet and sunny ideal for sunbathing or reading a book. A 4-minute walk away is the natural landscape beach where the client can enjoy a free kayak for 2 adults and a child, with transparent and turquoise waters.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and two bedrooms with single beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and dining room with air conditioning, TV with international channels and ceiling fan.
First terrace of 70 m2 with views towards the mountains that leave you breathless, invites you to sunbathe, have breakfast or eat surrounded by nature. On the second terrace there is a 6 x 3m2 pool of chlorine, fixed barbecue and outdoor shower.
Pets are allowed up to 10 kg. The house is located on the first floor and has only two neighbors, which gives you a lot of tranquility and some privacy. No parking problems.
The nearest supermarket is 50 minutes away, in Sollér. It is recommended to buy food before, at least for the first day or several although they have the option of ordering the purchase two or three days before arrival at a supermarket calling by phone or whatsapp, phone number that we will provide them when making the reservation. Being our customers the delivery of the purchase is free. The same home delivery service is available for the following days. Also, there is sea excursion service.
Services and common areas:
The house and its facilities are totally private. Bed linen and bath towels are included (beach towels not available).
The beach of Cala Tuent is one of the most virgin of Mallorca and is not crowded. Less than 10 minutes by car is Sa Calobra and the Torrente de Paréis, which unlike Cala Tuent many visitors are received, being one of the most tourist spots in Mallorca.
IMPORTANT: You have to buy the food BEFORE arrival at the house, at least for the first day or several, for the following days there is a home shopping service available.
Note: The rental of this property is made based on Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994, of November 24, on urban leases. By which you will have the property for seasonal use. In such contracting, no type of tourist service will be offered to the lessee, consisting solely of the transfer of the use and enjoyment of the property.
