It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 800 m². We are waiting for you !

On the first floor:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), sofa, armchair and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, nespresso coffee machine... fireplace (wood in supplement) and dining area.
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bedroom 4: a single bed and a cot
- A bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower.
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 800 m² without opposite, enjoying a view on the countryside and the forest.
- A south facing terrace of about 15 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, fan, large choice of books, comics, DVD and board games at disposal.
The house is ideally located in Étalleville, in a very pleasant environment on the edge of the forest in a green setting. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
